How To Maintain And Precautions For Electric Sprayers
The electric super-capacity sprayer is popular with more and more vegetable farmers because of its convenient use and high work efficiency. It has become the main tool for pest control in the greenhouse. However, electric sprayers are relatively "precious". Once they are improperly operated and maintained in time, they are prone to malfunctions. How to maintain it to extend the service life of the sprayer
First of all, when using it for the first time, check whether the connections are leaking. When using, install the clean water test spray first, and then install the medicine. When adding medicine, add the medicine first and then add water, and the liquid level of the medicine should not exceed the safe water level. Before spraying, turn on the electric sprayer in advance to increase the air pressure in the barrel to the working pressure to ensure smooth spraying.
Secondly, after using the sprayer, first clean the chemical tank, hose, spray rod and other parts, and pay special attention to removing the grease on the pump and the mud on the bottom of the chemical tank. Because most pesticides have a certain corrosive effect on the sprayer, after stopping it, it should be washed with alkaline water in time, and then rinsed with clean water. Especially after spraying Bordeaux mixture and other corrosive pesticides, it is best to soak in alkaline water for 12 hours. Take care to prevent rust. All parts that can be disassembled must be removed and cleaned. The inner pipe wall of the spray rod and nozzle should be painted with engine oil to avoid damp and rust. If the sprayer is not used for a short period of time, the main parts should be cleaned, wiped dry and installed, and stored in a cool and dry place. If it is not used for a long time, grease all metal parts to prevent rust.
