Precautions When Using A High Pressure Washer

1) When using a pressure washer, wear appropriate eye protection and appropriate work clothing (eg goggles, closed toe shoes, etc.). This is for your own safety.

2) Before each use, the power equipment should be checked to ensure the normal supply of fuel oil, lubricating oil, medium materials and cooling water; damage. Choose the correct nozzle. Before use, rinse the water pipes and the inside of the equipment against rust and impurities.

3) Some pressure washers are equipped with interchangeable nozzles that can serve a variety of purposes. Low-pressure nozzles allow the device to suck in detergent, and high-pressure nozzles can spray water at different spray angles. Each nozzle has a different fan spray angle, ranging from 0 degrees to 40 degrees. Choosing the right nozzle will make the cleaning process more efficient.

4) When using detergent, carefully read the label on the detergent to determine whether it will bring possible danger to the objects or people being cleaned. When using detergent, start spraying from the bottom of the object and gradually reach the top of the object. Pause before rinsing and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the detergent to settle on the object and start to spread. Doing so will allow the chemicals the proper time to work and break down all the dirt. Don't let the detergent sit on the object so long that it dries out on the surface.

5) When rinsing, start at the top of the object and work your way down to the bottom of the object until the entire surface is free of detergent and streaks.

6) Please use clean tap water directly from the faucet to the water supply of the machine. Sand and other impurities in the water are strictly prohibited.

7) It is forbidden to place the device in an environment where the temperature is lower than 0 degrees Celsius to prevent the remaining water from freezing.

8) Due to working in high pressure environment, nozzle wear is inevitable, so it must be replaced in time. Properly lowering the pressure can prolong the service life of the nozzle and high-pressure water pipe.

9) The hoses and joints of the high-pressure cleaner are very critical to the operation of the equipment. It is necessary to check whether there is any wire breakage on the outside of the hose, and whether there are signs of damage caused by being squeezed or worn, and whether there is any internal rupture caused. Bubbling etc. The soft rubber hose coiled on the winch of the equipment should not be bent excessively to prevent cracks caused by excessive bending.

10) If the high-pressure cleaner is not used for a long time, the high-pressure water in the high-pressure equipment should be removed after the shutdown. If it is a hot-water high-pressure cleaning equipment, the high-pressure hot water should be turned off before the shutdown is completed after the operation and use. Function, use the high-pressure cold water function to run the machine for some time, so that the cold water can take the heat in the pump and the expanding hose, and then stop the machine to relieve the pressure.
