1. The knowledge that the operator must know before using the high-pressure cleaner:

First: Because the water jet of the high-pressure cleaner has a strong pressure, you must wear eye protection and special work clothes when you work.

Second: Choose a suitable nozzle. The nozzle determines the working efficiency of the high-pressure cleaner to a large extent.

Third: Choose a suitable working power. It is best to start the equipment 1 to 2 meters away from the cleaning area, use a large fan-shaped spray angle range, and adjust your spray distance and spray angle accordingly according to the specific situation, move the spray gun rod left and right back and forth several times, And check whether the surface is clean.

Fourth: the choice of detergent, do not choose detergents and bleaches that are harmful to the human body when choosing detergents.

2. Precautions for the safe operation of high-pressure cleaners:

3. It is strictly forbidden to use a high-pressure washer to wash clothes, shoes, vehicles, and other operations that have nothing to do with the work content.

4. The high-pressure cleaner is strictly prohibited to be used away from people to avoid unattended equipment.

5. It is strictly forbidden to point the cleaning spray gun at hazardous materials to avoid splashing and hurting people.

6. It is strictly forbidden to move the high-pressure washer when the high-pressure washer is working. When moving the high-pressure washer, it must be done after the main power supply is cut off or the main switch of the control panel is switched to the "stop" position.

3. Standardized operating procedures for high-pressure cleaners

(1) Boot preparation

1. Install the accessories of the high-pressure cleaner and tighten the joints.

2. The water inlet pipeline is connected to ensure the smooth flow of the waterway.

3. Check and confirm that the main switch on the control panel of the high-pressure cleaner is switched to the "stop" position.

4. Wire the main power supply and connect it correctly.

(2) Operating the machine

1. Fully unfold the high-pressure cleaning tube (the high-pressure cleaning machine is generally equipped with a high-pressure cleaning tube winding, and the high-pressure cleaning tube of an appropriate length can be released as needed and fixed by a rotating ring core).

2. Open the valve of the water inlet pipe to ensure that there is no leakage.

3. Switch the main switch on the control panel of the high-pressure washer to the "on" position.

4. Hold the high-pressure cleaning gun firmly with both hands, pull the button of the cleaning spray gun, and wait for water spray. At the same time, check whether the joints of the high-pressure cleaning machine are leaking. Position and disconnect the main power before processing. (When the pressure is lower than 20Bar, the high-pressure cleaner does not spray water, and the pressure must be adjusted slowly and gradually according to the cleaning requirements after releasing the cleaning spray gun button. The pressure must be ≤200Bar).

(3) Interrupt use

1. Release the cleaning spray gun button machine, the high-pressure washer will switch from the working mode to the idle mode, and no longer spray water until the cleaning spray gun button machine is triggered again. It is not allowed to keep the high-pressure washer in the idle mode for more than 3 minutes, otherwise, the high-pressure cleaner must be turned on The main switch of the control panel of the washing machine is switched to the "stop" position.

2. When the high-pressure washer is in idle mode for more than 3 minutes and suspended for use, switch the main switch of the high-pressure washer control panel to the "stop" position, and use the safety lock button on the cleaning spray gun to lock the cleaning spray gun button in the closed position. Avoid unconsciously starting the high-pressure cleaner and starting the cleaning spray gun.

(4) Shutdown and storage

1. Switch the main switch of the control panel to the "stop" position and disconnect the main power supply.

2. The main power cord is reeled and put away.

3. Close the water inlet and remove the water inlet pipe.

4. Trigger the cleaning spray gun button machine to empty the remaining water.

5. Coil the high-pressure cleaning tube and put it away to avoid bending.

6. Store the high-pressure washer in a clean and dry place, and ensure that the high-pressure washer and main power cord are not damaged.

Four, repair and maintenance precautions:
