1. The reason why the boiler of the hot water pressure washer cannot be ignited normally
Generally, commercial hot water high-pressure cleaners use high-voltage electrode discharge ignition, and then use solenoid valves to control the oil supply and control the combustion of the boiler. The reasons for the failure to ignite usually include the following: temperature control damage, pressure, flow, fuel supply and other sensors not normally transmitting working signals, and diesel pump damage, fuel injection nozzle clogged or damaged, fuel pump outlet valve clogged or incorrectly positioned , Ignition fork carbon deposits, wrong position or damage.
2. Treatment method
First, check whether the ignition fork is in the correct position, whether there is a high-voltage arc at the top of the two electrodes, and whether the injector is injecting fuel at the same time, so that you can determine whether it is not igniting or not supplying fuel.
(1) Does not ignite
The cause of the misfire may be carbon deposits on the ignition fork or incorrect position, which can be solved by a little treatment, and the ignition fork can be replaced if necessary.
(2) No oil supply
If it is not supplying oil, check whether the oil pump is working normally, open the oil return pipe and check whether there is normal oil return in the return pipe. If there is oil return, it can be determined that the oil supply solenoid valve is not working. The solution is to use a multimeter to measure whether the solenoid valve is damaged (usually about 24Ω). If the solenoid valve is damaged, replace the solenoid valve; if it is not damaged, you need to check whether it receives a voltage signal; if there is no voltage signal, it can be judged as If the circuit is faulty, check the temperature control to the pressure switch, flow valve, and oil level switch one by one. If it fails, you can determine the location of the fault and fix it. If there is no normal oil return, it can be judged that the oil pump is damaged, just replace or repair.
