Circuit: The power switch (IG) has an overload protection function. The pressure switch (PR) is installed in the high-pressure water pump. Only after the high-pressure water pump runs and pressurizes the cold water to a certain temperature, the pressure switch contacts are in a closed state. Adjusting the temperature control switch knob can adjust the outlet water temperature. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature control switch contact (TC) is disconnected and the heating is stopped. The sensor probe of the temperature control switch is installed at the water outlet. Turn on the main power supply and the water pump motor (MP) runs to pressurize the cold water. Turn on the heating switch (IB), the oil pump motor (MB) runs, pressurizes the fuel, and drives the fan to rotate at the same time. At this time, the primary high-voltage ignition coil (ELET) is energized, and the secondary generates high voltage. The high voltage ionizes the air between the ignition electrodes to produce cremation. The ignition frequency is power frequency, that is, 50HZ. At this time, whether fuel is ejected depends on the pressure switch. And whether the temperature control switch contacts are closed, only two contacts are closed, the fuel solenoid valve (EVG) is opened, and the fuel is sprayed out, it can ignite and burn. When the water temperature is heated to the set temperature, the temperature control switch contact is disconnected, the fuel solenoid valve is de-energized and closed, cutting off the fuel path, stopping fuel injection and heating. After the water temperature drops, the temperature control switch contacts are closed again, and the fuel injection heating process is repeated so that the high temperature and high pressure of the water can be obtained.
