What Are The Reasons For Frequent Shutdowns Of Pressure Washers?

High-pressure cleaning machine,also known as high-pressure water jet cleaning machine,is an energy conversion device in principle.It uses a motor or an internal combustion engine(gasoline engine or diesel engine)to convert electrical energy or fuel chemical energy into kinetic energy(a water jet with a certain pressure).The kinetic energy of water cleans the machine.


Fault analysis of frequent shutdown of Pressure Washer:


1.When the power switch of the high-pressure cleaner is turned on,although the machine has high-pressure output,the cleaning effect is not very good.The reasons for this phenomenon are likely to be:the temperature of the liquid in the cleaning tank is too high,the cleaning liquid is not selected properly,the high-voltage frequency coordination is not adjusted well,and the cleaning liquid level in the cleaning tank is not appropriate.


2.The DC fuse DCFU of the high-pressure cleaner is blown.The cause of this failure is likely to be caused by rectifier bridge stack or power tube burnout or due to transducer failure.


3.When the power switch of the high-pressure cleaner is turned on,although the indicator light is on,there is no output of high pressure.There are many factors that cause this failure,they are:fuse DCFU blown;transducer failure;the connection plug between the transducer and the high-voltage power board is loose;ultrasonic power generator failure.


5.When the power switch of the high-pressure cleaner is turned on,the indicator light does not light up.The cause of this failure is likely to be that the fuse ACFU has blown or the power switch is damaged,and there is no power input.
