What Should I Do If The Manual Sprayer Fails?
In agricultural operations, all kinds of farm tools are indispensable. I believe many farmers have manual sprayers. We know that no matter what kind of machine it is, it will always fail. If there is a problem with the manual sprayer, what should we do? We introduce several common faults and troubleshooting methods.
Troubleshooting and troubleshooting of manual sprayers:
1. No mist and dripping. The reason is that the filter screen in the casing is blocked, and the inclined hole in the nozzle is blocked. Remove the nozzle to clear the blockage.
2. When spraying, water and air are sprayed at the same time. The reason may be that the welding seam of the infusion tube in the barrel is de-soldered, or the infusion tube is corroded by the liquid medicine. At this time, we can perform welding repair or replace the new tube.
3. The sprayed mist is very scattered, not conical. The possible reason is that the shape of the nozzle is incorrect or blocked by dirt, resulting in poor atomization. At this time, we can unscrew the nozzle cap to adjust, and remove the dirt from the nozzle hole at the same time.
4. The inflator can't take in air. The reason may be that the leather cup is dry and hardened, and the screws at the bottom of the leather cup fall off. We can remove the dry shrinkable leather cup, then soak it in motor oil or animal oil, and then install it after it expands. If it is a cracked leather cup, you need to replace it with a new one. After the screw is loose, install the leather cup and tighten it.
5. The gas cylinder gland or the water cap is leaking. This situation is mainly caused by poor sealing. It should be checked whether the rubber gasket is damaged or not flattened and whether the flange is de-soldered from the gas cylinder. Replace the gasket, flat gasket, or repair the desoldering part as appropriate.
6. The plug rod and gland are exposed to water. The wall of the gas cylinder is de-soldered from the bottom of the gas cylinder, or the steel ball in the valve shell is stuck by dirt and cannot be tightly fitted with the valve body, which will cause water to escape. We can repair or remove the dirt according to the specific situation.
7. The switch leaks. If the switch is damaged or the asbestos rope under the switch cap is aging, causing the manual sprayer to leak, then we'd better replace it with a new product or a new asbestos rope in time, and then tighten it.
The above is about the common faults and repair methods of manual sprayers. In daily agricultural operations, knowing more about some tips can avoid a lot of trouble. I hope the content shared by the editor can be helpful to the majority of farmers.
